Can I rent and return the motorbike on the same cruise day?
Yes. Choose the cruise-day option and enter your disembarkation and return times. The minimum charge is one full rental day and every request must be approved by M9e Rental.
Where do I collect the motorbike?
Collection is by confirmed appointment at Calle Almirante Lallemand 59, Puerto del Rosario, in the area connected with the port. The premises do not operate as a walk-in office.
How much time should I allow before my ship departs?
You are responsible for returning with sufficient margin for the ship's all-aboard time. Tell us the ship name and departure time when booking so the operator can review the plan.
What driving licence do I need?
Requirements depend on the model and the country that issued your licence. Foreign licences are reviewed by the operator before approval.
Is the booking confirmed immediately?
No. The online form records a request. M9e Rental first verifies the vehicle, timetable, licence and documents and then sends confirmation.
